Looking to finally give in and get one soon. Best just to get one of the bundles from Gamestop? If so, which bundle? Or are there better deals on Amazon or other online sites?

what all are you wanting to get?
Best Buy has some pretty good bundle deals.
I did a quick check on Amazon for the WiiU bundles and a lot of those look like shitty sellers trying to trick people into buying stuff for much more than you can find cheaper. (though you can get some killer deals on games)
here is a pretty good deal over at Best Buy LINK 32gb system w/Mario 3D World and NintendoLand for $300

Just wanting the basic Nintendo stuff. More Mario stuff than anything else. Got a 4 year old that loves games, but he's always wanting to play my older son's Xbox. Hoping to find some Wii games that he'll be able to play that are more kid friendly than BLOPS.

I'd keep an eye out for a refurbished model from Nintendo. They are factory certified from Nintendo and have gotten only glowing reviews. I picked up the one bundle referenced earlier for 225. It has worked flawlessly for me. Only problem is they aren't always in stock, but if you don't mind being patient and just keeping an eye out, you can save a decent chunk if money. Just my 2 cents.

Best freaking deal on the planet for a 4 year old. That game has tons of replay value for hardcore gamers, and if you just play it casually here and there it takes forever to beat. Very much worth the money.

I got a 32 gig version on groupon for 179. It was refurb but have had no probs at all.

Bought this one this time last year and it was the best deal I could find at the time. Got a refurbished set of nunchucks direct from Nintendo too.
