Last chance to not read spoilers
Mainly doing this so people can't hover spoil
So why the frick did they not go back for all the treasure after Avery's ship blew up? Or did it say they got it and I missed it?

Didn't mention it in the game. The assumption was it was buried under all that mountain debris as the boulders came down making our escape from Avery's ship.
But yeah, it seems like it'd be easy to send in his salvage company to get in there and collect it all. Just a case of video game logic.

I don't really think it matters. Nate and Elena had plenty of money from what Sam managed to salvage, and Nate wasn't going to go through the trouble of digging the rest out of the mountain debris. He'd had enough.
Who knows what Nadine did after the game? It's possible that she went back.

Ever's a long time, so I'd say yes eventually another Uncharted will be made. It seems logical it'll involve their daughter, but who knows?
They just need to get going on TLOU2
Back on topic, I thought one of the most unusual aspects of the game was playing an entire chapter that never actually happened...which was Sam's escape from prison with the drug lord. I have to admit, I didn't see that twist coming at all. I thought that was an extremely clever design choice by ND to keep the gamer from guessing the inevitable "twist".
