Seems like it is post apocalyptic but not a lot of time has passed since whatever the event was. I seem to remember a trailer involving gangs attacking what was left of a police station so breakdown has occurred.

The cooperative element is intriguing. The Show and The Division are about all I have on my radar for PS4.
