I apparently really need to suck it up with my dislike of the Dark Souls style games and play Bloodborne because I find it hard for many games at all to be better than the Witcher 3.

I didn't play The Last of Us until it was released on PS4. I've only just started playing Tomb Raider. I would probably say I enjoyed Black Flag more than Bioshock Infinite although that's pretty close.
I don't own a 3DS.

The problem I had with Infinite was that especially towards the end, it became a bit too much of a shooting gallery and I thought there were some pretty frustrating and poorly designed encounters spread throughout the game.
Still, from an artistic perspective, the game is absolutely beautiful and the storyline is one of the most thought provoking I've ever seen in a video game. That 15-20 minute ending is also one of the best endings to a video game I've ever seen.
