It's still a game that came out in 2013. No one should seriously considering a port of an older game as Game of the Year unless the gaming industry really sucks that bad.

Xenoverse is possibly the best DragonBall game ever made. If I was just a gamer playing it without being a fan of the show, I'd be "meh" on it.

I'm not complaining. Just because it came out on PC this year doesn't mean it's a totally new game.

I agree with the GTA inclusion. PC-only players haven't touched it before this year. Don't let these peasants bring you down.

I would also question the logic of doing a mid-year GoTY list when the holiday blockbusters don't even arrive until around October. Thus far:
