Anyone going back to wow for the ex-pac? What are your thoughts on the class and zone changes?

Nope done with WoW have been for two years, all three accounts.

Multi boxing, it helps the guild when needed and allows you to solo when needed.

I probably won't come back for launch, but at some point I might take a month or two. I'm just not particularly enticed about it. I know I'll enjoy the new content but then it'll be back to sitting in Dalaran/whatever new city sitting and looking for something to do.
I'm more interested in FFXIV, but I don't know if I'm still as excited about it.

I got invited to the beta a while back, played for about a half hour and got bored. Have veered away from WoW for a while now. Currently hooked in SCII.

I happen to agree with you. In any MMO, once I max a character, I start to get board.
You and I seem to be in the minority though. For whatever reason some people just eat up the idea of re-running encounters to get that piece f uber-gear

Played Vanilla to Wotlk, pretty much done with the game for good. I'm waiting on Diablo 3 and currently playing sc2

Im done with WOW, but i will buy the expansion to see the changes to the old world, explore the starter zones for goblin and worgen, and max out all of my characters. No raiding for me.

I disagree. Running the same instances over and over for gear is not fun to me.

Raid instances like MC or ZG were fun if you had a good guild, learning fights were fun with 40 friends, but I agree over and over is what drove me away from the game.

Yep. The beauty of the game is the entire world that Blizzard created. People pay a subscription so they tend to just focus on the new end game encounters that come out. This is why I was an altoholic when I played.

Same here. I was in a high end raiding guild until I realized that it was agonizing running the same content over and over every week. Whenever new raids were released the game was great, but then after you beat it you have to just farm it over and over for months. Not to mention the time committment. I stopped feeling like raiding 5 days a week, especially after long days of class and work.
I'm having a lot more fun putting my gaming time into SC2 and Civ IV.
