I see they actually have the tunic sets from the older Zeldaa available somehow.

amiibos only. Which I think is dumb. It's like expensive DLC that is also a toy. I don't need toys but I want the sets.

the desert voe set is nice, it adds shock proof after upgraded twice. So you get a heat proof + shock proof armor set for the desert.. pretty useful.

I have enough for the radiant set tonight, I think it looks awesome, but idk why you would want a skeleton lure ability.

im still looking for something that lets me climb faster, i have snow and sand boots so they have to have something that makes link climb faster

To be fair, you can find them in a shrine, or from a vendor in a new town. I found the head and chest piece in shrines but bought the legs from the vendo even though it was expensive AF.

It just shows you how different the game can be on different playthroughs. This all hit me hard when I solved a few shrines and after I got to the end I realized I did not solve them the way I was supposed to. I'm not even sure the designers made one to be solved the way I did.

Add that to me following the main quest the first week , then I played the last 3 weeks completely wandering and exploring looking for gear and shrines, etc and not even hitting each region yet it really shows how well the design is. I just opened the final tower last night and it was the faron one.

The only thing I wish was here are actual full size dungeons rather than the divine beasts and shrine design. But I love it all the same

I finally found the giant set of bones in the northwest snow region. Jesus that was a pain in the arse and stumbled on them by complete accident. I spent the last three nights looking for them and was just about to give up and look it up.

Still have one Divine Beast left.

Completely agree. I always feel like I'm missing something. Or there should be something more when I finish a shrine or a beast. But I read the DLC will have new dungeons and a "hard mode" so hopefully that helps.

I can emerge spending hours in OoT trying to conquer the temples. I enjoy all of the shrine mini puzzles though.

Yep I wish they either doubled the amount of divine beasts or made 4 full sized "temples." I still like the shrines alot.

But that gripe is mostly just liking the game so much and wanting more content.

Same thing for me. Finally stumbled across the door.

My shrine-o-meter started going off when I was looking for the skeleton, and I thought I was closed to it, but I was on the outer cliffs when I should have been on the inner side of the mountain.

Anyways, I jumped off the cliff to glide and see if there were any caves or openings that I was missing and I kept running into these invisible walls that the game kept making me climb up. Basically it looked like Link was climbing through air. It was obviously just some graphical glitch on the edge of the map, but still frustrating. I couldn't get out of there and had to morph back to a nearby shrine.

There is nothing more frustrating than finding a shrine and it not having a puzzle to solve. I guess they are typically the ones where you have to solve a 'puzzle' on the outside in order to find the shrine in the first place, but it is still disappointing to go inside and not have anything to do.

I just realized I had turned that damn thing off. Damn I made that much harder than it needed to be.

I 100% agree with this. I wish the beasts had a dungeon and then at the end you had to either fight or solve the beast. I know there's a little mini puzzle game to get to the beasts, but man I want a full fledged dungeon.

I agree with Brettesaurus Rex though, it's just a minor gripe because I want more of the game. And the dlc is supposed to add an entire new story line (probably a prequel) , dungeons, and a hard mode. So I'm cool with that.

But man I can remember both snes and n64 spending hours and hours trying to figure out dungeons. I spend a lot of fun hours trying to find shite in BooW but once I find it I feel sort of let down if that makes sense.

this is my only real complaint with the game. it's so satisfying getting a shrine quest completed that had a little riddle or took some figuring out or a sharp eye. it's really rewarding and the reward should be a really cool puzzle. the spirit orb is secondary to that.

now, for eventide island, or the shrine where you're completely in the dark or the maze shrines...it's definitely the correct touch and makes sense, but why would the shrine guy in gerudo know that I had to get some dehydrated skank off the activation portal? shouldn't there be a puzzle in there?
