That makes ZERO sense. Yes I comprehended it but the logic seems, for lack of a better word, retarded. The last guy in gets the first pick superseding the number generator?!

No, he got the 5th overall pick. The two after that were basically first come, first served. The guy that picked Oregon posted to join right after the guy that took the 12th spot.
What's wrong with the Random Number Generator?
Pick order was:

So if someone picks Oregon they can have them because he's on the wait list correct? Why would someone on the wait list even get a pick.

I guarantee that someone will drop. That allowed at least the first alternate to grab a legit team and not leftovers. Plus he seemed like he'd really be one to play. Did you want Oregon or something?
Additionally I heard that dynasties might expand to 14, so I wanted to cover that base at least partially as well.
If you really want Oregon, just pick a team and note that you want Oregon if the wait list doesn't make the cut, and you'll get them.

That doesn't cancel out recruiting bonus. And it's just an unwritten rule that nobody picks Bama. But it's ok, you're that guy, probably a cheeser too.

I don't know much about "cheesing" other than nanos, and I have limited experience in online NCAA play, but with that said I don't nano blitz. TBH, and this may hurt for any h2h games, I tend to not blitz unless I have to. I usually start with 7 or 8 in coverage, adjust accordingly. I do go for it on fourth down if I'm losing and feel like I can make it. I don't kick onsides unless I have to.
So I don't know what exactly you classify as cheesing, but don't worry, I'll probably finish last in the West amongst players.
eta : Also haven't done it yet, but my GT will be ABDIWSECR.
Really more of an eye sore than anything, but frick creativity and I figure why not just make a new account? XBL is cheap, and my current account I play with friends has been acting funny when getting messages and signing in sometimes. Could just be my system though.

And to be fair, I ignore star ratings. Even if it costs me, I account for size and such, and look for specific rankings for each position, but whatever, I hope you calm down so we can all enjoy the game.
