Steam Lunar New Year Sale

Just when I thought my wallet would get a break from sales this one showed up unexpected.
I picked up Half Life 1 and 2 for $4.98, and my buddy gifted me HL2 Ep 1 and 2. About to buy XCOM Complete pack for $9.99.
I sold a bunch of Steam community market stuff like profile backgrounds and emoticons and paid for HL1&2 that way and still have $3 to put towards XCOM.
Maybe more if I grind out some trading cards in other games I've played little so far.
God it sounds pathetic.

I snagged New Vegas for $2.50 and a couple smaller puzzle games for about $2 each
Still playing FO 3 right now. Just figured for less than $3 I may as well have NV on standby

Should I get XCOM if I'm not completely into RTS/strategy? It just seems like too good of a deal at $9.99 to pass up.
Also considering Antichamber; love puzzle games and currently working on The Witness and The Talos Principle.
Already have $3.91 in my wallet from selling more inventory and Antichamber is only $3.99 - though I've seen it at $1.99 before...
