Yea my power is only like 7500. But I have never lost a battle. Except one time when I got a phone call, it gave me a draw somehow.
Most guys at my rank are power lv 8000 or so now. So it is getting tougher. Plus when you get that low they don't let you move up fast. Before I was jumping up by hundreds. Now I only fight people around 20 spots to me or less.

I am working on getting Sid, Luminara, IG-86.
I have a 3 star Poe and 2 star Geo soldier that I am working on also.
I have zero attackers. Need to get Geo up a bit.

That looks like a solid top 5, but the best part about that team is you are using your farms nicely. One from arena shipments, two from GW shipments, one from cantina shipments, and one from cantina drops.
I wasn't so wise when building my team. I started with Sid from arena shipments, but then when I found I liked Han better, I switched. Cantina shipments, I started with Boba (just thought he was cool), switched to Poe because everybody was using him, then realized I was late to that party. I had just decided to switch to Daka (because I am stuck on the dark side battles) when they added QGJ to cantina shipments, so now I'm leveling him a bit because I happened to get him at 2* from a data card, and he seems like an awesome addition long-term.
Aside from those screw-ups, I've been happy focusing on Lumi and Phasma from GW shipments, and Kylo in cantina drops. I should have Lumi 7* by tomorrow, and Phasma 7* about a week later.

I hover around 2500 in the arena. My power level is 13,309 right now, but everyone I can challenge is at least 3000 power level higher than that. I spent far too much time leveling up a bunch of unnecessary characters so I've got to catch my power levels up.
I finally got Han the other day. Have leveled him up to about level 48, but haven't started using him yet. Think my new 5 will be Han, Sid, Phasma, Luminara, and Daka. Kind of hard for me to drop the Jedi Consular out because his heals are pretty nifty, but Daka brings too much to the table with her stuns and rez ability.

Chewie is a pretty good tank character for purely absorbing damage, especially once you level up his special abilities. He can basically keep himself healed for a good little while.

I haven't really been going after Kylo Ren. I've used him as my ally character from time to time, and I'm not super impressed. Am I missing something?
I have been playing the Cantina level that drops his shards pretty often so I'll eventually get him, but I'm not convinced I'll use him.
ETA: Daka is unreal. Her heal doesn't heal for a ton, but her stuns have saved battles for me more times than I can count. I've even been able to keep characters stunned for an entire battle with just her standard attack. It's completely OP imo. You can't count on her rez abilities hitting, but it's nice when it happens.

Good health
AoE attack gives him counter for 1 turn
His other special does good damage normally, and huge damage if his health is <50%
Regular attack isn't so great on damage, but it does have a good chance of heal immunity and damage over time. His unique also resets the cooldowns on his specials, so regular attack is rarely used anyway
Since so many people have Sid and Phasma and other AoE attacks, Kylo is always taking hits so his cooldowns are almost always reset when it's his turn. He basically gets to use his specials almost every turn. Also since his counter is on a lot of the time, that's pretty much the only time his regular attack is used, but it's often enough that he puts heal immunity and damage over time on a few guys.
So maybe someone else would be a better fit, but I have fun playing with him.
edit: Also, he is first order, so with my Phasma lead he gets a lot of bonus attacks.

I'm sub 100 in my group today. I'm at 12.5k might so I guess I'm keeping pace with my group.
I run Qui, Sid, luminara, geo soldier, ig86. As you can tell I focus on fast attacks with assists. I've put a lot into asajj ventress but shes just so slow it's hard to keep leveling her.
Working on getting phasma because she seems like a must have,but I'm wondering if I should just keep leveling luminara.

Just started, up to level 12, don't really have shite for a team yet. This is addicting. What should I be focusing on doing right now?

Just leveling, and trying to get to where you have unlocked all of the game modes. Once you've done that, focus on unlocking some better characters.

What are your thoughts on rey? She always hits like a fricking tank when I have to play her. I am in the 100-200 range in arena

I am still new to this but I read up on her because I was interested.
Supposed to be one of the best characters period for arena. Not the best for GW.
Problem is she is a bitch to farm.

I'm level 49, what is this crap!? Now I see why so many complain about GW. Anyone know how it determines who you fight?
I had a few easy runs until the last couple days. I run into some serious team about 3-4 fights before the end that wipe my A team and I can't beat the easier teams after them

I'm level 61 and after about level 45 the difficulty gets much harder, I used to clear the board then two days ago I get one battle away and last night I couldn't get half way through. There is definitely some randomness to it.
