Do we know if there are any couch co-op modes? Even if it's the Salmon Run horde battle. Something. Anything.
For the company that swore up and down that they were holding on to the 4 controller ports to keep the integrity of playing in the same room together, they've pissed on the couch game for a while now.

From what I heard there is a local co-op Salmon Run mode.

Eh?
Every multiplayer games has couch co-op - Snipperclips, Mario Kart, Arms, the incoming Project Flip or whatever.
There's rumors of Odyssey having it too.
Splatoon has it in some modes and not in others, which stinks, but is typical for most multiplayer games.

So serious talk. About the adapter and app.
Can I pick one up at GameStop? I will try this thing out with an extra tablet just being dedicated for this use.

I don't know, I still don't have a headset or anything for the Switch, and I played the first Splatoon without a headset and it was fine... but if I get into it more with 2 I might look into it as well.
But still no clue, and I would rather give money to BB than Gamespot these days.

Gamestop usually have better selection of Amiibos.. and they have been helping complete my collection.
Hate everything about the company's business model. Have yelled at multiple employees the past month, but they are easier to visit than BestBuys. Plus I like looking at any of the Pokemon junk they have in stock.

Purchased and set up my download before work. There is literally nothing else coming out that I want until Mario odyssey, so I figured I'd roll the dice with splatoon.

I always have to delete and add back my AMEX for every purchase.
Plus, can't make my new PS4 Pro the primary. So sort of stupid fccking bug no one can figure out at PS.

I have a card on file but it would never work when I tried to add funds to my wallet. I did the week trial of PS Now and forgot to decline the service, and all of the sudden my card worked.

it has happened 5 times for me (most recently this year with Nioh and Nier) - that doesn't even include the many times ps+ messed up. I'm actually currently without ps+ because it messed up in May and I refuse to "fix" it this time

I'm going to get this just because you know, not too much on Switch.
Edt: I have more Amiibos preordered than games. Not really a good sign for gaming on the platform but a good sign Nintendo continues to line their pockets.
