Someone want to explain why this isn't a back pass to the GK in FIFA 12?

Not that it ultimately matters because I am up 2-0, but I hope they have this sorted out for 13, because clearly that's a back pass that the GK should not be able to use his hands for

The official rule is that it has to be an attempted pass TO the keeper.
That looks more like a really shitty clearance or cross.

Well that's fricking stupid, it was a terrible clearance but that's cheap as hell still, I mean I beat them 3-0 (this is offline, I gave up on H2H Seasons at this point) but I was scratching my head at that one.

That's perfectly legal... As sheep said, it has to be intentional with the foot for the keeper not to be able to pick it up, and that was just a pure shite clearance
