You can also adopt children which you promptly abandon because who wants to play house when there are countless draugr to slay...

My bard, my wife (chick from the companions), and my house bitch lydia take care of that stuff. I come home sometimes and find weapons on the ground. Kidnappers learned the hard way not to try to kidnap my wife with who she is and lydia hanging around.

(maybe spoilers?)

Riding a dragon is so ridiculous. I died twice when they introduced the mechanic for doing so, because my dragon was doing loops in the air instead of landing like I told it to.

Hey you damn beta tester I found a glitch. In one of the black book sections if you walk in the dark you hear a noise akin to sizzling, only it never goes away even when leaving apocrypha. So disappoint

i do know they didnt fix, much, if anything. We were still testing and playing, up to launch of it.

i always hate the lag, on the boat. i always think my game is frozen.

Spoiler: When your partners with the guy, who is digging for trasures(Just east of red rock, up the hill). Do not kill him, during his thieving of your cash, keep paying him, leave, wait for note, keep paying. U kill him, quest is ruined.

Well I figured that I would have to sink a lot of money in, but is there an end to the quest?

yes but it's annoying, having to give him more money. i killed him 4 times(kept reloading, thinking i missed something), before i read a thread on the beta, about NOT killing him. ooops.

Do you like it? Skyrim was my first rpg game, and i liked it. Thought Dawnguard was ok, not worth price, but i thought this was an excellent DLC.

Oh yeah this has the feel of an expansion pack. It's been a treat to run around Solsthiem again and hear the old Morrowind tunes.

people also enjoyed the wizard, Neloth?

he was supposedly in other games.

Did you get the book, where you can sell dragon souls to get back perk points from your skill trees?

Yeah I found that one, but didn't mess with it yet. Will use it later to help level up skills I'm grinding.

You killed miriak, yet? i found him to be way too easy, for this powerful dragonborn, who also was getting special power from a deadric prince.

Yeah he was easy. It would have been impossible if one tried to do it while on a dragon

I just double conjured some dremora lords and he was occupied.

they still haven't fixed a real nasty bug.

when going to your house in solstheim, the game will freeze and lock up. i hadn't had it happen, but heard of the bug, then yesterday, bang, back to back freeze jobs.

i do like the house there, plenty of room to store things.

Not really digging stahlrim armor. But the Nordic armor, especially the helmet and some of the weapons are great.

Bonemould and Nordic are definitely better than the Stahlrim. For having to sit and use a pickaxe to even get the damn mineral you'd think it would be better or look a little more distinctive.

one thing they need to fix, is respawning of ashmen and the sea creature dudes.

i'm finding it takes way too long for them to respawn in areas where they were found, roaming.

the rieklings are easy to kill, but it's weird, they appear, out of no where, and just stand there.

I was wondering about that. I did the Thirsk Mead Hall quest line (is there more than one way to do that?) and after that quest friendly rieklings appear in random places to help me out. Dwarven dungeon? Rieklings mix it up with centurions without a second thought. Riekling dungeon? My boys commit species genocide without a second thought.

yeah, i think it's after that quest, you have some as allies. but its weird, they just appear, and stand there.

i thought it was funny, when the chief was talking, when you first started that quest.
