I just finished the College of Winterhold quest and got the Arch Mage digs and robe, and the Dragon Master's mask which rengerates magicka 100%.

I'm certainly hooked on this game.

Quick question. I've read that robes become obsolete because they dont carry a passive armor rating. The best thing to do is wear armor with the enchantments. I tired disenchanting the Arch Mage robes but they seem to be the only thing I can't disenchant. They have the 15% less spell cost for all spells and 2 other buffs (50 magicka I think is one)

Any ideas?

I tried to play skyrim on my 360, before buying another xbone, and when i did a fresh install, it completely ruined the game. It freezes all the time, i can barely get 30minutes of play time, before it freezes on cutscene.

It was the last update that caused it to go to hell

Waiting for backwards compatibility, so i can give it a shot on the xbone.

Such a great game, and the cpu game, people continue creating, so the game is just as fresh as when it came out.

Literally the only "bad" thing about Skyrim is you can get overpowered quickly if you know what you're doing. As far as just walking around, finding random quests, and having a blast Skyrim still hasn't been beat.

i love being OP in the game

but when not op, just on par, i thought the Black Knight was the toughest. He shouted me off the mountain a few times to my death.

Some of the dragon priests are tough, especially those who wield fire.

Sadly i thought some of the big bosses, were weak. I beat the dude from Dragonborn DLC as quickly as u possibly could, and the Vampire prince was way too easy.

I was never into RPG, but i loved Skyrim. I had 2K+ worth of hours into it.

Also, the Chaos enchantment was $$$$$$.

Yeah I had two swords with chaos enchantment and stamina draining enchantments on each. I waited until I literally beat everything else to go against the main boss and killed him in one power move combo

I just started the dawnguard DLC but refused to become a vampire. Should I have chose to be one? I like fighting the vampires and whatnot but I read that there's a whole skill tree associated with becoming one.

Did I goof?

i never chose the vampire stuff, and only did the werewolf, because of peer pressure from the companions.

Any list of mods that are must haves?

looks like the immersive weapon and armor mods are must haves.

would like one with more creatures, seen videos with mods that had a shite load of new creatures, and some from oblivion.

Just bought Skyrim:legendary edition from steam for $9. and since you need the dlc for some mods, getting all dlc plus game for $9 is a steal.

It really just depends.

SkyUI is a good one
The texture mods help with immersion, even simple ones like those for hair
Some can give downright gorgeous armor
There's one that allows for a "quick" start instead of going through the opening each time you want to play a new game, with a host of options (like starting as a mage, or bandit, etc). It's quite interesting.
Oh, and if you have Dragonborn and the vampire expansions, get the mod that has civilians run indoors when the things attack. That one is a must.

Skyrim on console was ruined because of this

vampires would attack, and u would lose half the stores, if not all of them eventually, because store owners died, and no one takes over the stores.
