Sega Genesis games

What are some good ones? Just found my old Genesis with a box of games. Mostly sports (NHL, NBA Live, NCAA football of various years).
Got some other ones, Streets of Rage, Sonic, yet notice Mortal Kombat was not among them. Would've expected every teenager to have that one.
