ETA: the ghouls in the Metro stations on Fallout 3 always put me on edge

metro series can be pretty scary if you are claustrophobic and don't like being in tunnels.

amnesia is pretty damn scary

Outlast is another good one

Extremely creepy. I just hate throwing it into the horror category but it is a scary as fckk game.

Im a pssy when it comes to jump scares and Metro has them. Also creepy when groups of beasts start coming into to view.
