Tries to use same card that is saved to buy a game last night. Card information is not valid. No, everything is correct and I just bought a game using all the same information. Get your shite together Sony.

Sony business meeting:

How do we never get hacked again?

Don't let anyone's account work....

Brilliant.

No joke,

This happened to me once, I found out several months later my account was ripped off.

Look into this immediately.

I don't know,

But somehow my PlayStation 4 was no longer listed as the primary machine and several games had been purchased through my account.

When I called to contest charges Sony said they would not refund the games (which I knew they wouldn't) but they also told me if I had my bank contest the charges they would shut my account down until I paid back whatever my bank was refunding me. I moved to to contest.

I shut down my PlayStation Network account, traded in the PlayStation 4 and bought an Xbox One the next day.

I loved the PlayStation 4 machine and it hurt, but I will never give Sony another dollar again.

I would call Sony and ask support. They sometimes freeze accounts after activity they've marked as fraudulent.

If you really want to buy something, you can just buy a code off Amazon.

If you call support and everything is fine I would strongly suggest going this route.

Get your card information off the machine and purchase redeemable codes.
