Went to play my PS4 for the first time in a while and I remembered why I stopped playing it. My PS4 randomly ejects the games, it use to do it every once and a while. Now I can't do anything it will just spit it out within seconds of putting the disc in. What's the issue? I don't want to ship this thing in.

Link to 3 things you can do to fix it. Maybe one of them will work for you. Good luck.

Was gonna come in here and say something about how much better the Xbox one is. Then I remembered that my xbox one a lot of times tells me to enter the disc or purchase the game when it's already entered. Quite frustrating. Had to completely stop playing fifa 15 because of it

They've fixed this. Not 100% but definitely 10000x better than it was. It took me 30 minutes to start up ESO Everytime I wanted to play

Having the same issue. I don't have warranty so I'm willing to try anything. I haven't tried removing the rubber foot yet so I guess I'll try that next. Are there any other better solutions?

I tried every trick out there. The thing that finally worked was opening up the console and placing electrical tape over the eject button connection. You can eject discs via the controller. I didn't have a warranty so had no issue going this route.

As I mentioned before, I tried every trick before going this route.

I think that's what I'm going to try next. I used it for a few hours this morning after repairing the database and so far it hasn't happened again. Hopefully it doesn't happen again otherwise I'll try that.

Blow on the disc. Then blow in the slot. Then put it in slightly to the left. If that doesn't work then repeat process and put it in slightly to the right.
