I know that feel bro. Freaking military flight from Charleston, SC to Qatar... SUCKED LIKE HELL! If they allowed you to get up and walk around I dont think it would be as bad. It's just when you are crammed up in a tight little spot for hours and hours on end and you can't get out to get any fresh air or anything. Just drives people bat shite crazy.

I should be on later.

My room mate was on last night which has happened maybe twice since the game came out.

At some point I really want to run the champions or moshpit series on league play and see how high we can get. Cool and I did pretty well on the TDM one but obviously that isnt team based.

I need a basic workout plan to burn fat

I go the gym and I'm lost on what to do

I don't want to build much muscle or anything so I'm not sure what machines to use

Anyone got a link to a good workout plan?

I do better with structure

Honestly if you want to lose weight and not bulk up, just start running.. or if you want to maintain your physique and lose weight, do Insanity. I started Insanity a while back before the holidays and lost 10 pounds in two weeks.

I refuse to run

I'll do a bike or elliptical but my knees are no longer cool with running

I just joined the gym so I want to utilize it

I could do some aerobics and cardio classes

don't do Insanity either then

Yea, you could take up biking as well. But you have to actually pedal and not find a bunch of downhills to take lol. A buddy of mine was 240+ when he started biking (the kind of biking where people wear those spandex shite aka Lance Armstrong).. and in the year and some odd months he's down to 165-170. he's also over 40 and has had multiple knee surgeries from being in the military.

Here is what my workout plan is (MON-THURS). I am working out mainly to stay in shape. I will typically start by running 0.5-1.0 miles to get my heart rate up, obviously if you don't like running you could do anything similar that gets you moving. I always end my workout with various ab exercises.

MON)shoulders/chest: bench,flys,push ups, planks
TUES)legs:leg press,squats,lunges, stair climbs
WEDS)triceps/biceps:various curl exercises
THURS)cardio/abs:max out my running, do twice as much ab work

I don't know the name of half the exercises I do but this at least gives you an idea of a pretty basic workout plan. I do 30 min of high-intensity workouts with basically no rest, I don't like spending an hour plus in the gym. Hopefully this helps

Elliptical is where it's at, or any machine like it not named treadmill

Doing that for 30 min, with body workouts thrown in what is recommend

30 min cardio with chest shoulders
30 min cardio with arms
30 min cardio with lower body and back

You are at three days a week and still motivated

Once you get more comfortable we can look at some advanced stuff, but for the weights, just use machines for now
