ILIKELSU asking if anyone on this board plays games on pc at all or Blue saying he is primarily a console gamer. It just shows that the community we have now wasn't what it is now.

It was just a few of us. I mean remember Stout, Blue, Puff, ILikeLSU and myself. Maybe a few otehrs but that was really it. About 2-3 months later, PC GAMING blew up on this board. lol
I think this was my crappy air build at the time. Bad lighting in our old house.

That thread was when I first took an interest. You can see me trying to make a ps3 controller work on my laptop. I had no intentions of building until 2 or 3 months later like you said

As I've said before, I have been playing PC games since I was 5 years old, over 20 years. The only consoles that I've ever owned were a Nintendo 64 (because who the frick didn't?) and there is currently a Wii collecting dust somewhere in my house, which I mostly used for guitar hero games. My brothers and I did play a lot of NES and SNES too, but that was mostly their console.

Just skimmed through that old thread. Coyote helped me pick out a Korean IPS. I feel like I helped bring this community together
