Starting playing last night. My biggest complaint so far is that the writing is really small. Kinda hard to read the maps too.

WOW CDPR once again fricks the people that bought the game directly from them, the content isn't available yet for those that did.

I mean I'm just downloading it. Can't play it or anything yet.

Also, I don't think CDPR deserves any hate. They gave us a shite ton of free DLC.

I pre-ordered on GOG earlier this morning, B&W is currently about 80% done downloading. So its at least available right now to d/l on GOG.

I wish I started downloading it earlier. I didn't realize the DLC was going to be the size of the entire witcher 2.

Yea at first it showed a 7.5gb download, well that's just the installer. Then the actual DLC is another 8.6gb. Now I'm gonna wait til after the OKC-GS game to start it, unless it's a 40pt halftime blowout. I took off tomorrow to play this lol.

Yeah, the mini-map and even big map take some getting used to but I grew to like it. You can't just teleport right to where you need to go. Makes you work more and exposes you to more quests.

Are we allowing spoilers for B&W here? Just want to avoid this thread if we are.

None of my mods would work post update which I figured anyway. So had to delete and reinstall W3 and my mods last night, couldn't play much except maybe 30mins at 3am this morning.

The scaling at lvl 61 is a little tough. Your gear doesn't match your level right away. Had to drop off of Death March until I can upgrade some gear.

How the heck did you get to level 61? I did every quest and checked almost every ? and don't recall being close to that high.

Ng+

Alchemy build is so OP lol. 3rd and 4th tier potion, 4th tier trial of grasses. 2nd tier oils. Then 2nd and 3rd tier mutations.

With the right decoctions I've seen 13750 vitality on my lvl 53. I had the stacking vitality deco along with archgriffin and ekhida

Farming exploit for XP after beating the game. Already had 90hrs invested and was done hunting all my sets. Took me from 50 to 60 and gained a lvl during HoS.

I'm lvl 37 after playing just through the whole campaign and Hearts of Stone.

I don't really see 61 being all that high at the end of NG+

What sucks is I've run out of stuff to use ability points on...unless I just want to frick around with a bomb build or whirlwind or marksman build.

Having only 12 ability slots is lame. Then really only 11 because Griffin Schools yellow ability is basically a requirement (imo)

This may be adressed in b&w... I've held off on it until I beat ng+ dm. Novigrad takes foreeeevvver on a 2nd playthru. So many gwent players
