I think I may pick up Borderlands since it's on sale for $8 atm. If I enjoy it, I can look in to the 2nd one later...just don't want to drop $30 on a game I have no clue if I'll enjoy at all.

Pick up I am Alive, I have been on the fence on this game for a while but for $5 it's worth a shot. I hope it's not another shitty port to PC.

It is and it's like a whole 2 hour play through since development on the game stopped and Ubi just put out what they had. You don't even get to finish the story.

I read through a lot of the discussion on the game and I don't think anyone had anything good to say about it at all. In fact, the first complaint I read was that it was a shitty port to PC with extremely janky keyboard/mouse controls.
The trailer looked cool enough, it seemed like it wanted to be a non-vampire version of I AM Legend or something, but it seems like you really need an open world setting to make something work like what they were attempting.

Well shite, glad I only spent $5 on it. Unless some AAA titles pop up a really good deals I don't think I will be spending much on this sale. Probably mostly games that I know I like that are cheap now to gift to my nephew.
Everyone in my department is off today except the CFO and he almost never comes down here. I should just shut my shite off and go home.

Game wise I think it's very fun (some didn't like it) keyboard controls can be a bit challenging expecially when wall climbing, but not too bad.

I need to give it another go. Stealth games in first person are tricky IMO. I honestly can't think of another game that's done that.
