Halloween event started early. Hauntings and Ghastly everywhere, even in my neighborhood where there is NOTHING. I am getting the 6 candies and my buddy is collecting them quickly.

I was wondering about that.. I noticed my buddy was way less to get candy.. also I saw ghastly and haunter on my sightings but didn't actually see them on my walk.
Anybody know about this new "different" egg thing; I saw it noted in the updates but haven't researched it yet.

Event has been cool so far. Caught four Gengar on a 3 mile walk last night. It was crazy.

I was wondering what was going on with all the hypnos at my work. Caught 3 in 45 minutes when I have only caught 1 since the game launched.

As far as I can tell, all they did was change the color of 5k and 10k eggs to orange and purple respectively.

Ah I thought they weren't going to include some sort of new hatching mechanism or something. When I read patterns I was thinking more of like walking habits not actual color pattern on the egg.

Got my first Charizard. Best by the house and with the double candy going to try and get another one or two this weekend.

Yeah I just got my first Venasaur; I'm gotta hit the other two starter's after I do pikachu.. I walk 3-6 miles a day so with these fractional kms; I may dang near fill out my pokedex before this promo is over.

After getting 49 dratini candy today i have more tjan enough to fully evolve but no really good dratini. I have a 428 with 80% and perfect attack and a 587 with about 60%
Should i evolve ome of these or wait for a better one.

Have a charmander nest close to the house.
I have been able to evolve two Charizard this week. 1400 and 2k cp. The 2k cp has Fire Blast.

Nice; i evolved mine from a 95% iv charmander with perfect attack. It also ended up with 1880 cp, winged attack and fire blast.

Finally evolved my Magikarp. My Gyarados has bite and Hydro Pump. Is that good? I never know how those attacks work. It is a little over 1500 CP so I will be powering him up as often as I can.

That the best move set. Really anything but twister. Mine has dragon pulse and bite and it's pretty good.

Awesome! I powered him up to around 1850. Will have to wait until I level up to power up again.
