It sounds like you need to repair your install. I'm not having those issues. And it looks like they are telling people with those issues to repair.

I found out what time they shut down the pvp for updates.
I'll crash later tonight. Hopefully can get on some tomorrow night.
#1 Priority... repair the game. I'm getting fps drops, glitches, and 1/2 second delays.
You can't play a quick reaction game with such a huge disadvantage.

TSM + Bjergsen is nasty.
Cloud 9 isn't as strong this season, still good. Probably due to everyone else getting better and not losing team fights soo hard (like last year).
Dig/CLG are capable of beating the other two on good days. We'll see if they can climb into 2nd place.
