Any word on whether either of these new entries to their respective series will allow you to upgrade your car more along the lines of the old school Gran Turismo and forza games? Forza 6 really limited you in terms of upgrades I thought. Pretty much bought a car with with all mods on it and weren't allowed to change anything. Not of fan of that. Half the fun on the old Gran Turismo's was making money to buy upgrades for your car imho.

Forza Motorsports has gotten better with every entry.
Gran Turismo hasn't been good since Gran Turismo 3 and that was over 15 years ago.

From a racing and graphics standpoint, I will completely agree with you. I just miss the customization aspect of the game. Seemed like all cars were already modded out and any small change you would make caused the car to no longer be eligible for a race. I miss building my way up through upgrades. Buying a turbo, using that turbo for a number of races to win and get the necessary credits to get the next stage of turbo.
