I have zero issues with Origin and it's been that way for years.

Looks like it's the 2012 version.

Sometimes they have pretty good free games. I picked up Dragon Age: Origins for free last year.

This NFS is worth having Origin. Pretty fun open world racing game. The sandbox part is much better than NFS: Hot Pursuit. Any car is pretty much available from the start. You just have to find it in the open world. You start the game street racing in a Porsche. Gone are the days of starting off in a crappy Civic or Impala and modding the hell out of it while unlocking new cars.

Oh. I liked that aspect. Starting at the bottom and building better cars as you climb the most wanted list was fun.

What is it now? Just a free roam racing game? Or its the same basic concept without having to unlock cars?

Pretty much. Each car has ~7-8 races associated with it that can be done in any order to unlock upgrades. You can move up the Most Wanted List by knocking off the Top10 rankers. There's also online multiplayer that's supposed to be fun. Running from the cops is always fun too.

It's pretty easy to see why they are giving the game away. There's a lot of expansion/add-on content and they let you know about it plenty. There are a lot of cars that you think you can acquire hut when you drive up to them it tells you to buy the add-ons.

Ah. I miss the days of earning money and using a garage.

NFS is one of my favorite franchises. NFS MW the original 2005 version is one of my top 3 favorite Xbox games. I played the hell out of that game.

For the multi-player, can you race for pink slips? Because that would be awesome.

NFS was the first series I fell love with. and it progressed nicely considering the timeframe it was developed in. Between that and Ace Combat(I think that's the name) I logged a shite ton of hours on that PS2 brick

AC5 was an amazing game. I wish the recent titles were as good.
