NAS experiences

So I'm buying a NAS for da momz (no pics) and have been researching several models but just seeing if anyone on here has personal experience with it.
I'm looking at getting a 4+ drive bay setup for hybrid/RAID 5 that is hotswappable, low maintenance, remote management, and good UI.
Any input is appreciated, TIA
