Mass Effect 2 had a really solid ending. Dragon Age: Origins has a strong ending too. Dark Souls 3 endings are underrated as well.

Shadow of the colossus was a good one I haven't seen mentioned yet.
It's cliche but Ocarina of Time was by far by favorite.

Actually God of War I ending is pretty Damn good, had the series ended there, it would have been perfect.
