Hi guys. Obviously I'm not much of a poster here. Having kids cut out my gaming a long time ago.

But now, those kids are older and have an infatuation with anything mario.

What is the latest Nintendo console or can you guys give me some advise as to what's the best route to go as far as Nintendo? I know the suggestions will be not to get a Nintendo, but it isn't for me and it's what one of the children wants now that she's older.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks!

You'd be wise to make one of her first games BotW. That game will frick you up 6 days to Sunday unless you adapt and use your gamer instinct

Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart and The Legenda of Zelda.

Virtual Console, which will be Nintendo's old catalog on this system, is probably coming in the Summer (Super Mario 64, Sunshine, World, etc. would all be expected at some point).

Super Mario Odyssey is the next Mario, is basically near completed, and will be a November/December release. Other games like Splatoon (new, but unique property) are forthcoming as well.

It's a safe bet that older Nintendo properties come along for the ride down the line. The Switch has a lot of potential.
