Is anyone here a fan of MLG, Call Of Duty specifically. Fan of Optic Gaming here just was wondering if there was any other fans.

MLG COD is cancer and is ruining the series

You talking about how the developers are making the Cod games best to fit them for competitive, if so I somewhat agree and so do most pros for that matter.

In what way is it ruining the series?
The only things devs do to support competitive call of duty is create private match features like better lan ability and caster mode. Activisions/Sony just put up money for the tournaments.
You're just repeating what you heard someone else say.
The features they create for private match and lan literally have zero effect on public matchmaking.
The pros aren't asking for future warfare, jet packs, space ships, pay to win/micro transactions, childish dancing emotes and cheesy catch phrases. Most of them are fighting to get back to a gritty boots on the ground, classic cod.
Please tell me one way that MLG (competitive cod*) is ruining the series.

meh. Optic is the best team in the game but they are bugged me lately by constantly complaining about their CWL match against H2k earlier this season. The way they handled the situation and acted afterwards was poor.

That's what I meant by Cod pros agree with the thought that the futuristic gameplay is BS and should go back to boots on the ground.
And I believe the developers make the game the way it is for the kids not the pros.

Yeah they handled it poorly, especially since multiple teams were struggling with connection issues. Really just enjoy watching Scump play his reaction time is just crazy to me.

To me, MLG was born with Counter Strike and Halo 2. It died after Halo 3.

Y'all can't frick with the spit yo-yo mafia, with FSR we're double teaming ya.
You're shite will be owned when the game concludes, like you spend every round looking at Bea Arthur nudes.

The first mlg game was halo 1, but yeah halo 2 and 3 took it to a new level. I remember seeing final boss/str8/carbon on tv during halo 2 and then during halo 3 we had t2 on millions of dr pepper bottles. That stuff was so ahead of its time. Sad that reach came out.
I don't remember cs being big during the old mlg days. I didn't know much about the game until it had a big resurgence in the last few years.
@op, I don't enjoy competitive cod, but I've watched some matches just because I'm a fan of formal.
