Do they do a roster set where they add in newly drafted HS and college players onto rosters? I have the OS minor league rosters that they released, but dont know if they do another one to add players after the draft.
Or, is it possible to edit newly drafted players onto your current franchise rosters? I would rather not start over with my franchise just for those players, as I'm almost finished with season 2 and dont want to go backwards.

This would be the only way. New players won't be in any official roster updates as they aren't part of the Players Union, but OS may add them to their future updates. You'd have to edit the rosters in your existing franchise or start a new one.
