Is there a way to continue playing or they just end it when you get drafted ?

Ends when you get drafted but you get them in ultimate team.
And I know if you go to franchise that you can make them easily, they have like a preset for Colt and Devin.
You'd probably have to look up how though.

Yeah that's it. I've heard rumors that M19 will have a part 2 to their story with a more hands on approach.
You can put them into a CFM and play out their careers.
