Just got a PS4

Decided it was time to get a new game system since i've had my 360 for about a decade it seems.
I bought a PS so that I could play baseball. The bundle came with a game called "unchartered". Is this a good game? Worth playing?
I like games where your character is "upgradable". Upgrade attributes to be able to use better weapons/armor/etc.
Any recommendations?

So what are the exclusive PS4 must haves? Already released and future titles, indie or big studio. Usually play Xbox but picked it up for sale with unchartered 4 like OP.

That's MLB the Show by a mile.
Uncharted is a solid time wasting game. The gameplay IMO is horrible, but I love the story of the games. It was so bad that I couldn't even replay the collection and just watched playthroughs for the story.
Last of Us is also a good game.
I'd recommend picking up The Witcher 3 as well.

Rocket League is another one that is a great time waster. I'll start playing some online matches and end up playing for a few hours. Really simple fun game that never gets old.

I got one last week. Got Tomb Raider, seems pretty good so far.
