Just drove to 4 Gamestops around Baton Rouge ETA: Got one! Cortana Gamestop

College Dr., Mall of Louisiana, O'neal Lane, Siegen Lane. Just FYI. And each location is only getting 5.
ETA: frick I want to play Zelda so bad. Almost about to just bite the bullet and pay $400 on Ebay for one.
ETA2: Just told that the College drive location has not gotten their 5 yet and UPS may be coming around lunch. I'm sure these frickers are gonna stand there until it does though.

This isn't Gamestop, but I went to the same Best Buy two days in a row. One for a purchase, the next day to exchange the product because of a defect.
The first trip I asked the guy helping me how their inventory was or when they were getting a shipment, and he said "No clue man, I don't see us getting any for a while."
The next day when I came back in, I was at the customer service desk and while he was ringing me up, I asked again. Turned out he had one behind the counter and I bought it on the spot.
I have heard from multiple people that if you want one, go to different stores, other than Gamestop, that sell them in person and ask. Not sure how it will fare with the new shipments going out, but it's better than calling.

Just want to say I'm damn impressed with the switch. It feels solid and premium not cheap
The gimmick is solid, I played an hour of Zelda at my lunch break and popped into the dock when I got home, went took a dump and kept playing. I'll finish my night playing in my bed.. Seamless.
Zelda so far is the real deal. I was on the fence about the switch until Zelda leaped into GOAT conversation. Then I spent two weeks checking zoolert and istocknow frantically.
I almost had a heart attack when I called GameStop in opelousas and they said the truck was there unloading and only two people were there at 11:00 to buy 2 of the 5. Meanwhile in Eunice people were lined up at 7am
Luckily I literally work 2 blocks away and I never drove so fast in my life
I also picked up snipperclips for $20.. Looks fun to play with my daughters and wife.

Same thoughts and feelings. Haven't played it on TV at all yet but playing in my office, living room, and in bed were pretty great. Just have Zelda right now but I was super impressed. Spent the first half hour just roaming around.

from watching the retail stock trackers, looks like a few switches are popping up in walmart and target around the state over the last 15 or so hours..

Not buying another copy of Shovel Knight. I know Mario Kart comes end of next month but hope they announce another Nintendo title for the summer of this year.

So not a gimmick, a legit feature.
Just got back from a business trip. Zelda on the plane was exactly as I suspected...awesome. Detached the controllers and just relaxed.

I would hate you on a commercial flight.
Unless the flight was over 5hrs. Sit there and be still. Maybe that is just me but don't think so, for us who fly multiple times a week we just want someone small and sleeping next to us.

Huh? Do you think I was flailing around playing?
I was pretty much still after the set up. Didn't even need to put my arms on the armrest. Just had them casually in my lap. And I am one of those who flies multiple times per week, every week for the most part.
I was probably less annoying than when I do take the armrests and work through the whole flight because I'm tall and everyone has decided to lean their seat back now. Heathens.
