It's tower defense with Van Helsing leveling and crafting. My time played it passing Orcs Must Die.

That seems more like defense grid TD, rather than an Orcs Must Die or Sanctum tower defense.

Yeah, 1&2 are always dirt cheap and hours of fun. It's the game I play when I am on the road.

Not yet, I wonder if it will have a full playable single player campaign, it looks like you can play solo or with a group of up to 5.

It is more hero-based. It is a fun rendition of the Orcs Must Die franchise because it involves a lot more cooperation to win, but it is rather different than 1&2. I have learned to like it.

One interesting thing they've added is PvP. The way to picture it is, imagine people sending orcs towards your portal, while you do the same towards theirs. So you run with your minions and protect them and kill the enemy heroes, while the enemy is trying to do the same!


It's a rather fun version of the game!
