I am a HORRID FPS player

I can't figure this out. My Blops2 K/D is now hovering around .58 and I'm trying my arse off. I can't figure out for the life of me why I'm so bad. I can shoot. I'm a military veteran and hunted all of my life. I get the concepts. I also get my arse shot off. Constantly.

Connection maybe? You said you only had about 3 mbs, right? That could be an issue. Reflexes may be getting slower.

2.8Mbps and my ping is around 150 and my upload speed is around .60

this. You will lose gun battles to people who have a better connection with you. It drives me crazy.

Hardwired straight into my router. It's one of those Motorola/Netopia wireless jobs but I'm not connecting wirelessly.

You may not be able to fix that if you are on DSL. That is like my situation. Too far away from town to get good fast cable internet. Luckily I am close enough to the box on DSL to get 6mbs. Not great by any means, but better than nothing.

I'm on DSL. I can get cable now but it's about $90 per month for 3Mbps which is what I already have.

home internet is 75 ping 30 down 10 up
