Seems like the only thread that get more than a couple replies are from these idiots.

I know some of them are just joking, and seem to think repeating the same joke for months on end is funny, but some of them are serious, and are grown arse men. Unless I were either employed by them, or had a shite load of stock in one, I just cant understand the mind set. The very best outcome of this next generation "war", if you must call it that, is for both companies to do well. Competition is what makes great products.

Maybe you are all just trolling, but frick, it seems like it would get old after a year or two.

Wait till it happens IRL. Had a geek in Israel stop me and demand I explain myself when I said I was waiting for XBONE. Hate Sony fan boys.

i can understand being a fan of a company much more than a a person who despises a company to its core.

better yet how is someone a "fan" of one particular arm of a multibillion dollar company (like say, the New Orleans Saints) yet completely despise another (like the Atlanta Falcons)

How are people so passionate about other peoples hard work and success just because they go to the school you like and won something? I guess that's how we all got here...

It was mostly sarcasm, but yes pretty much any girl I ever see has an iPhone.

Whether it's at the bar, or social media, seems like 99.99% of girls = iPhone.

Then iOS7 looks like it was made for girls ='s girl phone.

Because we all grew up playing these sports and developed a passion for them. Completely different. If your football team wins the championship, what happens? You do it again next year and that's whats great about it.

If Sony runs Microsoft out of the console business, or vice versa, what happens? You have less selection, and the surviving company has less incentive to put out a quality product etc.

It's called rivalries dumbass.

You completely missed the point of the op didn't you? The competition between sony and Microsoft helps the consumers. As a saint fan, I don't need the falcons to be good, ever, for my franchise to be successful.
