You can run a mission 10 times and figure out the right way to do it and then a random guard that wasn't there before will see you or someone will look out a window and ruin it. Guns blazing is not an option at least in the beginning of the game.
Someone will see you but if you jump in a crate they will figure that nobody is trespassing on the secret base after a few seconds and no alarm. Running while crouched is just as fast as running while standing up.
Spend 30 minutes doing a mission right and one random thing at the end ruins it and you have to start all over. Why you can save but not having auto saves or quick saving is baffling. Is this another shitty console port?
Once you use cover your weapon is put away and you have to re-equip it from the tool wheel, this game is beyond stupid.
Run around the counter to pick up something you can reach right in front of you.

Why anyone who isn't a stealth fan would play a Hitman game is beyond me

The last Hitman at least gave you an option to shoot your way out, this one will spawn enemies to stop that. I just had the audio glitch out and I don't hear any of the enemies talking.

But you had an option to go in guns blazing, the stealth option is there if you want to take it, but forcing it takes people like me out of the equation.

Just picked up the version with all six episodes on a whim, and I gotta agree with you this game is unreal, i dunno how i haven't played this til now - its everything i want in a game. Stealth, and the autonomy to complete the mission your way - not some cookie cutter BS, reminds me of Heavy Rain a bit in that regard

I've heard about the game but I've never played it. After reading this thread, I'll probably picking up the game from gamestop.
