I have an iPad, will never own an iPhone. No need in being locked down twice.
I love my iPad, for everything it won't do i have an Android phone.

Yeah, they are both great devices. I think the screen real estate, openess, etc. gives the S3 the edge. Also, since you are on Sprint, it will have access to Google wallet so you could impress the masses by paying for stuff with your phone. Not a deal sealer, but it would be a cool feature to have. (damn you AT&T :shakefist:)

I don't have a Galaxy S3, but I do have the Galaxy Note. I love that thing. I like that it's got a big screen. I like the stylus. As far as the OS, I'm not too into iOS vs. Android and I'm not tech savvy enough to care. And it's pretty.
My wife has an iPhone and I can't use it. I hate using it. It's too small and I fat finger everything I try to type on it.
I typed all that because I figure the S3 and Note are comparable.

The note and s3 are pretty comparable. Probably more comparable to the note 2 in Terms of specs, though except the note 2 is massive
