Everything works except the part where the in game controls don't... I have seen it work on youtube and am at my final step before sending the shite back and trying to use a controller.

I looked at the FAQs hence my final step, it seems that if your controller isn't fully charged still communicates wireless, we will see.

The controller wont turn on after connecting the xim to the PS
My nephew is giving letting me use his copy of Last of Us so I don't need to buy that.

Fixed and working, the slim needed a firmware upgrade to the XIM
Now I can play all the console exclusives. That should keep me busy during the crappy PC game drought going on right now.

Don't have it yet, I will get it tomorrow, I stayed out of console threads since I didn't have one so I know nothing about it, both my nephew and his girlfriend said it's one of the best games they have played story wise.

Nope, it's hardwired and the response time is almost instant, from what I have read and watched there is a small latency but nothing noticeable.
I will know more when I get Last of Us and play it, Uncharted 1-3 is only $20 on GMG and Hero Dawn Horizon is about $55

yeah, I would assume it doesn't have bad latency because the whole reason most folks get this is to be quicker with their headshots on FPS games.

I'm just happy that I can play console exclusives now, with the numbness in my left hand I can't use a controller so it was a no go until now.
