This is why I hate playing with kids

So on halo, they ban you for days? hours? months?

So, apparently it comes in increasing intervals. He said the first one was for 45 minutes (he only told me about that one after I had learned of the second). The second was for 2 hours. I've read where people were getting banned for days even weeks depending on the frequency of idling or quitting.

I mean because more than half of the time, in most multiplayers, they won't replace the person that leaves in a timely manner and it's a huge disadvantage if you leave your team.

Granted, I'm not going to send someone a message about it or anything lol, but I do sit in my living room hoping a bus crashes through their front door when it happens.
