I like it. I don't get to play as much as I would like.

I've fought 4 people online, unranked and won 3 of the fights. The 4th fight, my last fight, I got disqualified in the 5th round. Too many low blows and headbutts, but I knew I was going to lose anyway.

The game is fun. The analog, as has been discussed ad nauseum, is a control scheme that some people love and some people hate. I'd suggest renting it to see if you like it, then buying it. Some places like the Blockbuster here will put your rental money toward the purchase of the game if you like it.

I love it. I suck, but I love it. The fights online are fun, and that's all i've done so far. I have won 4 or 5 fights, and lost about 8 or 9. I got knocked the frick out in the last two fights bad. I got fricked on the cards in another. Apparantly jabs are not as harmful on this game as the have been in the past versions.

I don't get what's so hard about Total Control. It literally took me less than an hour to learn it and feel comfortable with it in Round 3.

It's not that it's hard. People just complain because when, in the other configurations, you can just slam buttons together really fast and throw a bunch of really hard punches much quicker, giving them an advantage over everyone who uses the right control stick to punch.

A.K.A Cheesing. Analog pretty much gets rid of it, as much as it can.

Correcto. This is exactly why I am glad that there is only one control config in Fight Night 4. At least it will be fun for a little while before they release button masher control configurations as downloadable content.

the whole I am a cheeser because I button mash is such bullshite. This game sucks and I gave it a fair try.

Ok so I throw 4 right jabs in a row but I pushed the little stick left and right but it never works. I push a three punch combo but just started my first punch when I am finish the last punch of the three. Its just to slow and clumsy. You can't react and punch nearly as quick if I have to move that stick right and around in a half circle or I can hit XY at the same time.

Take that away and the game still sucks. Why cant you grab your opponent when you are stunned but he can grab the frick out of you. Why when I block a punch and counter you can only get one punch before the guy falls back out of reach. And what the frick is with the whole move the stick to get up.

This game did not live up to the hype.

What's your next fail EA?

What's the point of playing a game if you are just going to mash buttons. Do you want a boxing simulation to be realistic or do you just want a guy to throw punches really fast in an unrealistic manner?

I never understand the EA hate. I know they are a big corp and sometimes put out shite, but I think a lot of their stuff is good, some great.
