FIFA 16 - Fantasy Teams Online

My friends and I would like to figure out a way to draft fantasy teams and play each other online. I know the game doesn't allow for it, but I was wondering if any of the gamers on here had done this manually.
I think you can adjust rosters and save them.
- Is there a place we could find a database of player ratings for a draft?
- Then we could adjust the rosters I think.
- Don't know how to play online from there.

You only get a limited selection of players, but I thought they already had that in 16

You should be able to do an online friendly. My friends play that way locally. avg 82-83 rating for 13 players. My Motherwell squad--Ibra,Bale,Gervinho,Oscar,Geoff Cameron,Nacho Monreal,Pogba,Cahill,Yedlin,T. Silva and Begovic. Brad Davis and Brek Shea on the bench
