FIFA 13: Injury Sliders, anyone have good numbers for me?

Default injury sliders blow on this game. I've made two subs in under 40 minutes because of two injuries, both are 6-8 month injuries too.
Someone have injury sliders that can manage this crap a little better, my back 4 is a train wreck right now.
