Every steam sale for the past 2-3 years, I have looked at this game and considered a purchase, but I have never pulled the trigger until today. I don't know what makes this game so addicting but it is.

It's like Flight Simulator with 18 Wheelers instead of airplanes. If you've ever drove around in a GTA game attempting to obey the traffic laws this is your game. That is a lot more fun and sometimes more challenging than you would think.

Nah, but it can be harder maneuvering those things on the road than you think. You get fined for breaking traffic laws, damaging cargo/your truck.

It's just a fun driving sim. You can drive first person, controlling the camera around the truck with your mouse and looking out the window at the scenery. Plus, the game has built in streams of European radio stations you can listen to on your drive. Don't like those? You can import your own.
