Elite Dangerous Loading Trouble PS4

Says game installed 3hours ago. Went to go play it and it's on the Title Screen and nothing happens. Could it still be downloading? I can't find any kind of Download percentage, which leads me to believe it's downloaded and it's not working.

When I downloaded it, I could get to the training section only at first. The percentage left to download would pop up on the menu.

Finally got the progress bar up. Feel better now. How is the game? Just bought a 55" 4K Curved screen Samsung and I'm chomping at the bit to play it.

So it finally opened last night. Played it for hours. Log on today.... same shite. Just sitting at the title screen. It took over an hour for it to open last night. If it takes that long again, I'm not sure what to do. Customer support is in the U.K. With no toll free number.

Problem was reported 2 years ago and they still haven't got it fixed. Only way around it is to set PS4 calander before 10/1/15 and then only story mode will work. Some say after a while it will work "sometimes". FML
