Moved some stuff around and wound up $4 higher than mine after adding cooler and optical.

Spending ~$20 too much on the ram, but besides that it looks good. Id wait for ilikelsutoo to give his final thoughts before purchasing.

And if you haven't heard of either one of these, check out reddit.com/r/buildapcsales or slickdeals

Edit: like This PSU for $49.99 after $30 MIR and this "refurbished" gtx 780 for $440

That'll save you over $100 right there, and you could put that into the 4670k, new cooler or something else.

With the 4670k you'll be able to SLI those 780s. You'll be pushing it really really close trying to SLI with the 8320. All that of course if you'd want to add a second 780 in the future

Go look at EVGA's B-stock for a 780.

They range from 419 - 459.

Idk about ATI graphics cards period. However I was trying to piece one together with some goodies like SSD and still be upgradable. Goal was to keep it under 800 for everything.

Torrent a copy of Windows and put that money saved into your build

I would also maybe cut back on that SSD and add a 1TB HDD to it. 120GB SSD will fit your OS and a few programs on it. This will also allow you to get a much better GPU.

I also added a bigger monitor for about the same price.

ETA: Another option

The PDF kind of turned me away from AMD

The PDF says Intel is superior clock for clock and core for core, but it has several benchmark screenshots that demonstrate that CPU performance is not really an issue in a typical gaming environment. But, some of those MMOs out there, as well as RTS/RPGs, may rely more on a single and 2-threaded performance than usual, which is where the Intel will dominate.

FYI, I'm really busy today, so I doubt I'll be able to comment on the various build options posted here until later today. Just do whatever blue and stout say.

I see you're picking up a cooler master CPU fan

I just wanted to say that I've built several computers for personal gaming use and have literally never had a problem with a stock CPU fan. Unless you're going all out with overclocking, I wouldn't waste the money... and if you are going all out with overclocking, you probably want to spend more than $35 on a CPU fan.

The stock fans suck. Hyper 212 is a great option for the price.

CM is quieter and you can do some decent OC'ing with it and still keep relatively low temps.

Stock fans are shit

He's getting a 4770k. I pity the fool who tries to game with a stock fan on a high-end Haswell.
