Do they not make 2 player co-op games worth a shite anymore?

I can't find any 2 player couch games. Any non sports games that have a 2 player story mode? I'm seeing diablo 3 but not much more in my quick search.

The division can be played as a 2 player co-op. It is much more enjoyable with friends

The biggest problem is the "couch" portion of it. With the advent of online, most games have abandoned that.

Check out the Lego series though. Nearly all of them have pretty good couch multiplayer. Also, Rock Band 4 is available for current gen consoles. I used to love playing this with my wife.

For Lego - the camera controls are a bit weird as it will flip around. Took some serious getting used to.

For Rock Band - playing drums is killer. If your wife prefers something less strenuous but doesn't like singing, start her on Bass - easy mode, and work up from there.

The Borderlands series is great. You could always hold out for Left 4 Dead 3 but you might be waiting a while.

I thought shadow warrior would have been cool but I then saw it only had online co-op.

someone recommended "until dawn" to you and i think that's a great recommendation. it's 1 player, but the person with you can certainly participate.
