I think the "not as scary" criticism is a bit of an overreaction.
duh, of course it won't be as scary. this is the third time we've had to face off against these goddamn things.
it's been a series reliant on jump scares from the get-go.
I don't see what all the fuss is about. The formula is becoming a little tired, but it offers a similar experience as the other two. I'd say it's time to put it out to pasture but EA would never allow for that.
