Since beating O&S, I've had little desire to pick this back up. I did run around last night just to get my lightning reinforced club to +5 and save Dusk. I may grab the pendant and head to Oolacile, but I need non-elemental reinforced club for that...I need to do something because I'm losing steam fast.

Thought I'd update because everyone cares...I've taken out Seath, Nito, Demon Firesage, and Sanctuary Guardian.

Sanctuary Guardian was one of my favorite fights so far. He's so aggressive and requires you to manage stamina and spacing. Which leads me to...I've opened up the shortcut to Artorias and will be heading his way soon. Before I go, though, I've had plots against a certain Anor Londo blacksmith for his tool of trade.

I've never used the blacksmith's hammer, but it might be underwhelming against the dlc bosses since they are resistant to elemental damage.

Artorias will go in dry on you, but you'll appreciate that fight even more after beating him on sl1 -- masterpiece of a boss fight.

fighting the abyss watchers last weekend reminded me how bad arse Artorias was. they were nothing compared to him (for obvious lore reasons)

He's a dick but he's really predictable. Just stay away from the wombo combo.

I've been trying to do it without the pendant. I am consistently getting him down to a third of his health, but I am struggling with dodging multiple magic attacks.

Kalameet tips? It feels like I have one window to attack. More like a battle of attrition...

Equip the target shield, and it's GG!

Well done, man. I need to get back into it.

Melee only, no RTSR, no pyro, no pendant against Manus
